The Whittaker Corporation Site is a National Priorities List site located in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Resins and industrial coatings are manufactured at the site. Without remediation, the site is of potential public health concern because of the risk to human health resulting from possible exposure to hazardous substances at unknown concentrations which, if elevated, may result in adverse human health effects. Human exposure to VOCs may occur via inhalation of contaminants in off-site soils, ground water, and air and ingestion of and dermal contact with contaminants in off-site and ground water.
