Acceleration of thermal neutrons by /sup 152m/Eu isomeric nuclei

Acceleration of thermal neutrons by isomers was observed for the first time. For /sup 152m/Eu the cross section for inelastic acceleration is: sigma/sub i/n =0.28 +- 0.06 b.
