The implications of precise new {ital Z}- and {ital W}-mass and weak-neutral-current data for the top-quark and Higgs-boson masses are analyzed. It is found that (a) sin{sup 2}{theta}{sub W}=0.226{plus minus}0.005 for arbitrary {ital m}{sub {ital t}} and for all {ital M}{sub {ital H}}{lt}1 TeV; (b) {ital m}{sub {ital t}}{lt}210 GeV at 90% C.L.; (c) {ital m}{sub {ital t}}{gt}40 GeV at 90% C.L., even if the direct lower limit {ital m}{sub {ital t}}{gt}78 GeV does not apply; and (d) there is no constraint on the Higgs-boson mass.
