This directory is a partial compilation of all organizations and all persons, in the U.S. and in other countries, involved in any significant way in solar heating of buildings. Included are: government agencies, commercial concerns, universities, professional societies, foundations, solar architects and engineers, solar consultants, inventors, house owners, writers, promoters, and economists. The author indicates there are errors of commission and omission and that the directory is incomplete. It is meant to be a companion volume to ''Solar Heated Buildings: A Brief Survey,'' 13th ed., 1/15/77, which described 319 solar-heated-building projects. (MCW)
