This document provides information on the beam characterization system of the 10 MWe Solar Thermal Central Receiver Pilot Plant, as well as very brief information on the Special Heliostat Instrumentation and Meteorological Measurement System, solid state relays, thermocouple reference junctions, and MCS timing system. The test is compiled largely from manufacturers' literature, and includes a number of working drawings. (LEW)
