The goal of this program is to promote the increased use of biomass derived energy in the Northeast region and to build a base of technical information on biomass in the region. Highlights of progress achieved by each state during FY84 are summarized. States included in the program are Connecticut, Delware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. (DMC)
