Binary collision model for plasma simulation with a particle code

A binary collision model by the Monte Carlo method is proposed for plasma simulations with particle codes. The model describes a collision integral of the Landau form. Collisional effects in spatially uniform plasma are simulated, and the results are in good agreement with theoretical ones.
