SPLOT: a distances-versus-variable plot program for the output of a finite element analysis
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:5255308
SPLOT is a post-processing plot program for graphical display of the output of a two-dimensional finite element analysis. It generates distance-versus-variable plots at selected time steps where the distance is the accumulated distance between pairs of nodes or element centers and the variable is a nodal or element quantity from the input database. SPLOT's features include free-format command input, multiple curve plots, neutral file output, and mesh display with node and/or element numbering. SPLOT can drive any graphics device supported by the Sandia Virtual Device Interface. 8 refs., 3 figs.
