Electric and gas rates from 47 electric and 44 gas utilities in 45 cities throughout the U.S. are summarized for the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. General service and innovative rates are included. Appendixes D and E are the rate abstracts for the South and West regions, respectively. Appendix F provides a listing of utilities that have changed their rates since January 1, 1991 and provides information on utilities that have filed for rate changes. Appendix G details the total sales by utilities in 1989 and sales by customer class.
