This plan was developed to implement the Hanford Defense Waste-Environmental Impact Statement Record of Decision. The plan is also a management tool for use in defining Hanford Site Grout Disposal Program activities required to ensure the safe, environmentally sound, and cost-effective disposal of the low-level fraction of radioactive double-shell tank mixed wastes at the Hanford Site. This plan includes a discussion of the program mission, vision, and objectives; a brief description of the process; descriptions of major and supporting facilities involved in the process; as well as management, organization, responsibilities, operational requirements, assumptions, and cost and schedule controls.
