This document was prepared for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to assist them in determining whether the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant Unit 2 Technical Specifications (T/S), which govern plant systems configurations and operations, are in conformance with the assumption of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) as amended, and the requirements of the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) as supplemented. A comparative audit of the FSAR as amended, and the SER as supplemented was performed with the Enrico Fermi T/S. Several discrepancies were identified and subsequently resolved through discussions with the cognizant NRC reviewer, NRC staff reviewers and/or utility representatives. The Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant Unit 2 T/S, to the extent reviewed, are in conformance with the FSAR and SER.
