The report is divided into the following sections: (1) Introduction and History of the Project; (2) Overview of the Project Methodology; (3) Description of Affected Waste as Currently Generated; (4) Description of the Recommended Treatment Processes and Their Capacity; (5) Cost and Financing of the Treatment Systems; (6) Conclusions and Recommendations; (7) Implementation Steps; (8) Potential Equipment Suppliers; (9) Appendices.
