zeta. -function regularization of chiral Jacobians for singular Dirac operators: Finite chiral rotations

The Jacobian for finite chiral rotations which preserve the topology is computed using {zeta}-function regularization when the Dirac operator of the theory is singular. The full generating functional, including fermionic sources, is used in the definition of the Jacobian which is shown to be algebraically identical to the Jacobian which would be obtained if the Dirac operator were nonsingular.
