Functionally complete 3-valued logic system empirically derived from human decision making tasks

An empirically derived, functionally complete 3-valued logic is presented and discussed. This logic was derived from human decision making tasks and reflects decision making based on the weighing of evidence. The logic is used in ZAP, a telotaxic data analysis system. The logic is used to determine inter-relationships between data elements, contingent on the data's relationship to a goal.
