Topics include liner materials evaluations, leachate analyses, site studies, environmental monitoring, and solid-waste-management strategies. Coal-conversion and electric utility waste products, municipal refuse, and dredged-materials disposal are considered. Considerable attention is given to methane-recovery operations. Citations pertaining specifically to land disposal of hazardous materials are excluded. (This updated bibliography contains 364 citations, 31 of which are new entries to the previous edition.)
