Title: Law of oil and gas

Abstract

Titles of the nine chapters are: mineral estate; definition; creation of interests in the oil and gas mineral estate by the landowner; conveyances, partition and adverse possession of the mineral estate; trespass, surface and sub-surface, and third party claims; the oil and gas lease (leases from owners of concurrent, successive, or restricted interests; duration; royalty and other particular lease clauses); covenants of the lessee to protect, develop, and administer the lease; and, transfers by the lessor and the lessee. A table of cases and a subject index are also included. (JGB)
