Dosimetry standards for neutrons above 10 MeV

Dosimetry of neutrons in the energy range 10 to 50 MeV is needed for applications in radiation damage studies and in biomedical work. Dose determinations use either a fluence measurement or the Bragg--Gray principle. Better knowledge of activation cross sections, kerma factors, and energy per ion pair is needed to reduce uncertainties in dosimetry. 5 figures, 3 tables.
