This manual contains the physical and functional description and operating procedures for the T79640 Telemetry Modulation Meter. Information in this manual is for use by individuals who are responsible for operating this equipment. The purpose of this equipment is to permit the measurement of the deviation of telemetry transmitters by individual subcarrier channels. In addition, both the root-mean-square (RMS) and peak transmitter deviation levels produced by multiplexed modulation signals are displayed.
