The equilibrium resistive transition of YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7[minus][delta]] epitaxial films was measured at high pulsed current densities [ital J], to promote homogeneous current flow and free flux flow. The superconducting transition temperature [ital T][sub [ital c]] was then depressed as a function of [ital J] in fixed fields [ital H]. The shifts in [ital T][sub [ital c]], defined near midtransition, scaled following Ginzburg-Landau behavior: [Delta][ital T][sub [ital c]]([ital H],[ital J])/[ital T][sub [ital c]]([ital H],0)=[[ital J]/[ital J][sub 0]][sup 2/3], where [ital J][sub 0] is a field- and current-indpendent constant.
