This decision document presents the selected remedial actions for the properties included in Operable Units VI, IX, and XI of the Denver Radium Site developed in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), and the National Contingency Plan (40 CFR Part 300). The decision is based upon the administrative record for the Open Space properties, Operable Units VI, IX, and XI of the Denver Radium Site. The attached index identifies the items that comprise the administrative record upon which the selection of the remedial actions was based.
