Curved offshore well conductors

A method for producing hydrocarbons from a subterranean hydrocarbon-bearing formation located beneath the floor of a body of water is described comprising the steps of: installing a platform structure on the floor of the body of water above the formation; extending at least one well conductor downwardly drilling via the conductor down through the floor and into fluid communication with the formation; and producing formation fluids from the formation via the conductor.
