The excitation function of protons from the /sup 7/Li(/sup 3/He,p/sub 0/)/sup 9/Be reaction was measured at bombarding energies between 13.0 MeV and 15.0 MeV at three laboratory angles: 50/sup 0/, 120/sup 0/, and 150/sup 0/. Relative cross sections were obtained. The angular distribution of protons from the same reaction was measured at 14.0 MeV. Absolute cross sections were obtained. The polarization of protons from the /sup 7/Li(/sup 3/He,p/sup 0/ vector)/sup 9/Be reaction was measured at four laboratory angles between 70/sup 0/ and 85/sup 0/. The results are in marked disagreement with earlier reported measurements performed under similar conditions. A comparison between the new polarization measurements and previous analyzing powers for the inverse reaction initiated by polarized protons shows no evidence for the large violation of time-reversal invariance as previously claimed.
