This paper reports on the four detectors ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL which ave collected {approx}550,000 Z{sup 0} decays during the LEP run in 1990. The authors have made model-independent simultaneous fits to the LEP data to determine the Z{sup 0} parameters. The mass and widths of Z{sup 0} are M{sub z} = 91.77 {plus minus} 0.006 {plus minus} 0.02 (LEP) GeV, {Gamma}{sub z} = 2.481 {plus minus} 0.010 GeV. {Gamma}{sub had} = 1.734 {plus minus} 0.010 GeV and {Gamma}{sub lept} = 83.0 {plus minus} 0.4 MeV. The number of v families is determined to be N{sub v} = 3.01 {plus minus} 0.05. Simultaneous fits are performed within the Standard Model framework to the LEP data and constraining the value of sin{sup 2} {theta}{sub w} from the {bar p}p colliders the authors get the following values for top mass, electroweak mixing angle sin{sup 2} {theta}{sub w} and the radiative correction {delta}r: M{sub top} = 123 {sup +33}{sub {minus}38} {plus minus} 19 (Higgs) GeV, sin{sup 2} {theta}{sub w} = 0.230 {plus minus} 0.004 and {delta}r = 0.056 {plus minus} 0.011.
