This patent describes a perforating tool for electrolyticly forming perforations from within an electrically conductive production radial tube. It comprises: an elongate hollow perforating tube portion terminating at its forward end in a nose including space electrically conductive port walls defining ports extending through the nose. The tube portion is sufficiently flexible to move through a right angle turn in a tube, an electric power source, and electrically conductive means interconnecting the tube port walls with the electrical power source.
