Properties of superconducting high-pressure phases of silicon

A detailed experimental study of the high-pressure ..beta..-Sn and primitive hexagonal phases of silicon is presented. The different parameters characterizing the normal and superconducting states are compared with the predictions of the theory based on a-italicb-italic i-italicn-italici-italict-italici-italico-italic calculations.
