Implications from the b-decay measurements

Journal Article · · Phys. Rev. D; (United States)
The recent measurements of the bottom-quark b lifetime and the ratio GAMMA/sub b/..-->..u/GAMMA/sub barrow-rightc/ are used to analyze the quark-mixing phenomena. We report the implications of these measurements on the Kobayashi-Maskawa angles and phase, K/sub e/3 and hyperon decays, CP-violation parameter epsilon, t-quark mass, K/sup 0/bold-arrow-left-rightK-bar/sup 0/ transition dynamics, B/sup 0/-B-bar/sup 0/ mixing and CP violation, and nonleptonic decays and leptonic production of heavy quarks.
