RSX-11M to RSX-11M-plus migration

The reason for migrating from RSX-11M to RSX-11M-plus was the added capability of shadow disc, which is dual recording of critical data on two identical disc packs. The author explains the transition process and the problems encountered in sysgen. He then gives hints on helping users adjust to the system based on his experiences.
