Nucleon form factors in the time-like region and levels of the NN-bar system

The form factors of nucleons are studied in the time-like region using the multichannel N/D description of the NN-bar amplitudes. It is shown that quasinuclear states appear in the ratio R = sigma(e/sup +/e/sup -/..-->..hadrons)/sigma(e/sup +/e/sup -/..--> mu../sup +/..mu../sup -/). The values of the nucleon form factors near the threshold of the NN-bar system are calculated.
