The first part of this report consists of brief summaries of research progress in biomietrics research, materials science applications, model evaluation, moving boundary problems, multivariate analysis, numerical linear algebra, risk analysis, and complementary areas. Then the results of collaboration with other researchers on problems in biology and health sciences, chemistry, engineering, energy, environmental sciences, material sciences, safeguards, sampling and surveys, health and safety research, and uranium resource evaluation are recorded. Finally, short accounts of educational activities, lists of written and oral presentations of research results, and a list of other professional activities in which the staff was engaged are given.
