Off-shell t matrix of a two-particle system

This paper proposes an alternative to the Sasakawa-Kowalski-Noyes method in which the off-shell two-particle t matrix is constructed directly from the scattering data. It is represented in terms of the half-off-shell t matrix, which can be found by quadrature directly from the scattering data. This representation has an expilcitly controlled functional arbitrariness corresponding to the freedom in the half-off-shell continuation of the t matrix in the class of phase-equivalent nonlocal potentials.
