An opaque cloud cover model of sky short wavelength radiance

The average angular distribution of short wavelength sky radiance for clear, partly cloudy, and overcast sky conditions has been measured for the range of solar zenith angle 31{degree} to 80{degree}. Detailed analysis of the normalized sky radiance is presented by a semiempirical model.
