We present CCD images in V, R, I, and H..cap alpha.. of ten regions suspected to contain Herbig-Haro objects, including 11 of the 37 HH candidates listed by Gyulbudaghian et al. (1978). Four of these 11 are HH objects; the rest are either nebulous stars, reflection nebulae, or plate flaws. Our images of R CrA, Cep A, and NGC 7129 shed considerable light on the details of star formation in these regions. We have identified over a dozen new HH objects in these regions and have used our data to investigate the nature of energetic outflow activity around these three sources.
