The 1991 Forum on Turbulent Flows marks the fourth year for this program, sponsored by the ASME Fluids Engineering Division at the ASME-JSME Fluids Engineering Conference. The Forum continues to bring together experimentalists and theoreticians for the purpose of presenting their ongoing research. The Forum has again attracted a wide range of topics from fundamental research to engineering applications. The papers describe work being conducted at universities and government laboratories, and in industry.
