The Croydon TCE site is in Bristol Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. A series of studies conducted by EPA beginning in 1984 led to the detection of VOC contamination in the ground water over a 3.5-square mile area referred to as the study area. The 1990 ROD addresses the remediation of the ground water contamination at the site. The primary contaminants of concern affecting the ground water are VOCs including TCE and 1,1-DCE.
