Resonance lines 4 p sup 6 --4 p sup 5 4 d of the Kr I isoelectronic sequence

Lines of the 4{ital s}{sup 2}4{ital p}{sup 6} {sup 1}{ital S}{sub 0}--4{ital s}{sup 2}4{ital p}{sup 5}4{ital d} {sup 1}{ital P}{sub 1} and {sup 3}{ital D}{sub 1} transitions in Kr-like ions were observed in the plasma of the TEXT tokamak doped with elements Pd to Sb and I, Xe, Cs, and Nd. An electron temperature of 1.3 keV was achieved by operating the tokamak with He. Spectra in the range of 50--400 A were observed photographically with a 2.2-m grazing-incidence spectrograph. The lines were identified by comparison with calculated transition energies along the isoelectronic sequence.
