The production cross sections and angular distributions of high-energy {gamma} rays have been measured for the reactions of {sup 86}Kr+Zr, {sup 40}Ar+Ca, and {sup 40}Ar+Zr at {ital E}/{ital A}=15 MeV. The high-energy {gamma}-ray cross section and spectral shape are consistent with previous studies. The source velocity of {gamma}-ray emission for the three reactions is close to that of the nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass frame. The multiplicity of low-energy {gamma} rays in coincidence with high-energy {gamma} rays has been measured for the first time.
