This report contains description of the joint work done by the Yale-UCLA Users' Group at NLUF, LLE Rochester on the two plasmon decay and stimulated Raman scattering instabilities at 0.35 ..mu..m laser wavelength. A brief summary of the theoretical work on how SBS influences SRS is also given. Copies of papers published or submitted for publication are appended.
