This paper describes Procedair`s Integrated All Dry Scrubbing process, which is used to control simultaneous emissions of acid gases, particulates, heavy metals and dioxin/furans from municipal waste combustion facilities. The process is capable of controlling emissions to the levels proposed by the USEPA in the September, 1994 NSPS and Emission Guidelines for large units. Specific results from an operating plant demonstrate the capabilities of the Process.
