Code of practice for the display of sources of ionizing radiations at exhibitions

The Code of Practice has been approved by the National Radiological Protection Board, in the United Kingdom. It was prepared first in 1961 and was revised to bring the administrative recommendations up to date; the revision was also made in the light of the current recommendations of the ICRP. The Code covers administrative procedures, general precautions for avoiding radiation hazards, general requirements for radioactive sources (and additional requirements for unsealed sources), and machines producing ionzing radiations.
