Study of the enhancements in the $lambda$p invariant mass spectrum in $pi$$sup -12$C $Yields$ $lambda$p K(n$pi$$)$$sup 10$B interaction at 4 GeV/c

The LAMBDA p invariant mass spectrum for the reaction pi /sup -//sup 12/C yields LAMBDA p K(n pi )/sup 10/B is calculated assuming the triangle diagram interaction with the two-nucleon clusters. The low energy LAMBDA p scattering peak at 2058 MeV and the resonant peaks at 2127 and 2252 MeV LAMBDA p center of mass energy are obtained. An enhancement at about 2158 MeV corresponding to the SIGMA N yields LAMBDA p conversion process can appear. (auth)
