The isomer shift values of the following europium compounds EuP, EuS(4S%S), EuS(54%g), Eu/sub 3/S/sub 4/ and Eu/sub 4/S/sub 7/ were invest igated. The 21.4 keV gamma transition in /sup 151/Eu was used in the Mossbauer measurements. (auth)
