The p-p scattering cross sections at energies of 147, 330, and 380 Mev are employed for determining the pi -N coupling constant f/sup 2/. The results obtained for E = 137 and 380 Mev are consistent with a value of f- = 0.08. It is not possible to make the cross section at 330 Mev agree with the value f/sup 2/ = 0.08. (auth)
