It is shown for cut-off meson theories with Yukawa coupling and no vacuum polarlzation that the perturbation expansion of the resolvent operator (H + OMEGA )/sup -1/ converges and is analytic in OMEGA for all complex and sufficiently positive real OMEGA . A consequence is the boundedness of the spectrum from below. Convergence of the renormalization constants is demonstrated. The method used is that of comparison with the exactly-solvable neutral scalar model. (auth)
