The principal cosmic ray (C.R.) events of a group of solar and geophysical phenomena observed on November 10 to 15, 1960 are reported. Particular attention is called to the C.R. increase recorded on November 12 at high latitude stations (greater than or equal to 45 deg geom.) and in the nucleonic component only, to its second, well distinct peak and to certain peculiarities of the whole phenomenon. In order to explain the 5 hours delay in the access to the earth of the solar C.R. producing this enhancement, it seems necessary to look for some "storage" mechanism and some release process thereafter.
