GRAFTING AND POLYMERIZATION UNDER RADIATIONS (in French)

Journal Article · · Energie nucleaire
OSTI ID:4839162
Radiation chemistry has applications in the polymerization and modification of polymers. Three stages characterize the application of radiation to polymerization: polymerization of liquid monomers, pure or in solution (vinyl monomers); initiation of polymerizations at low temperature; and polymerization in the solid state (at room temperature or at low temperature). Chemistry under radiations is discussed as concerus the modification of polymers by grafting and cross-linking. (auth)
