minerals by two methods. Considerable deviations of the actinium- radium ratio were observed in metamorphosed minerals. In some cases it may be shown with certainty that this is caused by the migration removal of radium. At the same time some primary minerals also contain an actinium excess which is especially great for cassiterites and some molybdenites. (auth)
