Development of predictions of the state of the atmosphere as lt mlght have affected test operations is discussed. The weather observational program and analysls procedures are described. Trajectorles up to 24 hr at various levels up to 9000 ft were constructed, conslstent with wlnd, topographic, and stability conditlons over the area. Radlatlon predictions lssued for GNOME and comparisons with observed radiation levels are given. (M.C.G.)
