DECAY OF ANTIMONY-113
The decay of Sb/sup 113/ is studied with scintillation beta and gamma spectrometers. The nucleus decays both by positron emission and electron capture. The half life is determined to be 6.4 plus or minus 0.5 min. Gamma rays at 320, 51O (annihilation), 1030, and 1520 kev are found. In addition there are several other weak gamma rays. The analysis of the positron spectrum shows the presence of two positron groups with end-energies of 2.44 plus or minus O.1O and 1.85 plus or minus O.1O Mev. On the basis of the beta and gamma energies a tentative level scheme is proposed. (auth)
