PHASE RELATIONS IN THE SOLID STATE IN THE CaO-ZrO$sub 2$-TiO$sub 2$ SYSTEM (in Italian)

S>Investigation by reflected light and x rays were made of the 1400 and 1600 deg C isotherms of CaO- ZrO/sub 2/-TiO/sub 2/. The diagrams show the existence of a CZT/sub 2/ compound, of four solid solution regions, ten two-phase regions, and six three-phase regions. The structural examination of the cubic solid solutions evidenced the possible substitution, in the fluoritic lattice, of Zr/sup 4+/ with Ti/sup 4+/ and a defective structure due to the existence of anionic vacancies.
