Electrical resistance of aluminium at low temperatures

Journal Article · · Cryogenics
Data on the low-temperature electrical conductivity of commercially available high-purity aluminum are presented. Accuracy sufficient to allow proper design of cryogenic magnets was obtained. Effects of different annealing treatments on the residual resistance and on the values of reduced intrinsic resistance as a function of temperature were examined. No information on magnetoresistance was obtained. (L.N.N.)
